Forsite is actively looking for a Parts Clerk to join our Inventory Team. This is an on-site position based at our Mesquite, TX facility, stocked and ready to deploy. We believe in flexibility, collaboration, and fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.What You Will DoReceive, inspect, and log incoming parts and equipment shipments, matching quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slipsMaintain accurate inventory records in the parts management system, including cycle counts and reconciliation of stock discrepanciesPull, package, and issue parts to field crews, pilots, and maintenance technicians, tracking usage against work ordersOrganize and label stockroom shelves, bins, and yard storage so parts are easy to find and quick to retrievePlace replenishment orders with vendors and suppliers, and follow up on backorders and expedited requestsCoordinate with the aviation, and field operations teams to line up parts ahead of scheduled maintenance and field deploymentsProcess returns, warranty claims, and core exchanges with suppliersKeep the parts room and yard clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsSupport periodic physical inventory audits and help reconcile results against inventory recordsWhat You'll NeedForsite welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and is looking for the right person to join our team.
