Packaging/Warehouse WorkerMesquite, TexasType: TemporaryWarehouseSalary: $12 Per HourImmediate Openings$25 new hire bonus for employees who work a full shiftPay $12-$136-4:30am with possible OT on Friday.Job DescriptionPackaging/Warehouse WorkerSummary:Prepare manufactured hose for packaging and shipment.Duties/Responsibilities:Reads and interprets work instructions and job aids related to completed productRemove hose from tote, neatly coil hose while conforming to GMPApply anti-theft tag to disc per GMP and attached disc to hose coil with 3 wire twist ties, neatly folding ends back against the coiled hosePrepare box by folding and taping bottom, then place correct amount of finished hoses in boxFold box shut and tape closed; place closed box on pallet and update count.Verifies product is correctly assembled and meets specifications per Work InstructionsResolves assembly problems by notifying lead or supervisor to obtain additional resourcesMaintains a safe, clean work environment in compliance with company standardsAssists in other work areas, as needed, during absences/shortages of staffRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to read and understand work orders, tape measures and calipersDexterity and hand-eye coordination, including the ability to repetitively grasp, manipulate, and assemble parts and components.Safety management mindset and a focus on quality controlAbility to work with and relate to diverse groupsEducation and Experience:Previous experience in Production operations, a plusHigh School diploma or GED preferred
