(Please note if you are viewing this posting on an external job board, unless specifically stated in the posting, the provided hourly/salary estimates may not be accurate as they are not provided by CKS.)What's In it for You?Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates if successful in supervisory assignmentsCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributionsDiscretionary Bonus401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of service401kDuties and Responsibilities:Protect and safeguard all company assets as well as proprietary information and sensitive communicationsPost shipments from the previous days manifestRetrieve new orders that came in via email from the night beforeCheck pricing and request dateConfirm pricing and delivery dates to customerCycle count Tuesdays and ThursdaysE-mail office admin to post inventory adjustmentsObtain update on corrugate, color and bag inventory for orders to support productionObtain manifest throughout the day from shipping department and post the shipmentsRun weekly history report in order to determine quarterly forecastMeet daily with Warehouse Manager to determine warehouse capabilitiesDaily/weekly run 90 day slow movement report forRun weekly sales and raw material report for plantChange bill of materials when requiredSet up new part numbers when requiredLead monthly and year end inventories, and close out with accountantUpdate and print rolling 4-day production scheduleGoal is 100% on-time deliveries and customer service levelsCommunicate effectively and proactively with customer as neededCommunicate effectively with all plant personnelComplete assigned daily line auditsParticipate in monthly and annual inventory counting as assignedIn the absence of immediate supervisor, will assume necessary operational and administrative duties.Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:Five plus years manufacturing experience in an office role such as Production Scheduler, Production Planner, Production Master Scheduler, Sales Support, Manufacturing Customer Service, Manufacturing Sales Support, Manufacturing Office Support, Inventory AnalystInterfaces daily with Materials Manager, Master Planner, Raw and Dry Materials Purchasers, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Transportation, and QualityPossess “hands on” work styleSuccessful background in resolving customer issues relating to sales, production, quality, etc.Demonstrates the ability to make sound business decisions based on past occurrences and feedback from key team membersPossess good people and communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to successfully work as part of teamHave advanced working knowledge of computer and touch screen operation#J-18808-Ljbffr
