This role supports fast‑paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.Pay & Schedule:Pay: $20.50/hrSchedule: 7:30am-4:00pmJob Summary:We're looking for a reliable, safety‑minded individual who thrives in a fast‑moving warehouse environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, experience with RF scanning, and the ability to operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and smooth warehouse flow.Responsibilities:* Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions* Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight* Load and unload trucks* Follow FIFO principles and RF processes* Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology* Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy* Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards* Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets • Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly* Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment* Perform other warehouse tasks as neededRequirements:* High school diploma or equivalent* Previous warehouse experience preferred* Reach forklift experience is an asset* Ability to use RF scanners (training available)* Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environmentWorking Conditions:* Warehouse environment with varying temperatures* Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting* Fast‑paced setting requiring focus and multitaskingBenefits:* Comprehensive benefits package* 401(k) with company match* Annual bonus and incentive program* Vacation and holidays* Bi‑weekly pay* Safety equipment providedEqual Opportunity & Accessibility:Multi Fittings is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
