It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Job TasksCreate and maintain material master records, BOMs, and routings in SAP following established standardsReview engineering drawings, specifications, and process documentation to ensure data accuracyPerform routine data maintenance, corrections, and clean‑up activitiesSupport Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Costing teams with accurate system dataAssist with documentation, audits, and basic system reportingEscalate data discrepancies, missing information, or unclear requirements to senior team membersQualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookAbility to follow standardized processes and learn ERP systemsEffective written and verbal communication skillsERP experience preferred; SAP experience a plusEducation and ExperienceAssociate degree or coursework in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field preferredEquivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be consideredWork EnvironmentThis position is primarily computer‑based and performed at a desk in an office environment. Regular visits to the manufacturing floor are required to understand production processes, verify data accuracy, and support cross‑functional coordination.
