Data Solution Architect

Position 1: Data Solution Architect TECHM-JOB-23017

Location: Remote

Job Description

1. Minimum 6+ years in a Data Solution Architect role supporting warehouse and big data platforms/environments.

2. Business Analyst mindset/aptitude to understand domain data requirements for project specific design deliverables.

3. Experienced in creating source to target mapping detailed design documentation for data engineering.

4. Experience with architecting end to end data solutions for both batch and real time designs based on project requirements.

5. Experience working collaboratively with clients, developers, and architecture teams understanding requirements to design and implement project specific data solutions.

6. GCP (including BigQuery) & Teradata implementation experience is preferred.

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.

Enterprise Data Architect

Position 2: Enterprise Data Architect

Location: TX or Remote

Job Description

1. Minimum 6 years in a Data Architect role supporting warehouse and big data platforms/environments.

2. Minimum 2 years experience working in Enterprise Data Architect role including with Cloud data platforms.

3. Deep understanding of data flows, data taxonomy and organization, data lineage, data virtualization.

4. Strong Data Management and Data Governance knowledge and implementation experience.

5. Experience with implementing data security frameworks and enterprise data architecture best practices.

6. Experience creating high level and detailed enterprise data architecture & design documentation.

7. Strong data design experience & knowledge that can be applied to big data architectures and cloud data lake environments, (ie Very strong data analysis & design experience on Teradata and GCP platforms for curation and analytics use cases)

8. Experience working collaboratively with clients, developers, and architecture teams understanding requirements to design and implement enterprise level data solutions.

9. GCP (including BigQuery) & Teradata implementation experience is preferred.

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
