POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Attendant plays a critical role in keeping our production line running smoothly. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment. The Warehouse Attendant ensures accurate handling of materials, timely movement of inventory, and maintains a safe, organized workspace to support production efficiency and on-time delivery.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receive raw materials and components, verifying counts against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Stage and deliver materials to manufacturing lines precisely when needed to prevent production downtime.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Log all inventory movements within our ERP system.
• Participate in routine inventory audits and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Regularly transition into other operational areas to absorb workload surges and support overall business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution center environment, or similar role.
• Ability to maintain certification on facility equipment, such as forklifts, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of attendance and timelines.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is primarily performed in a warehouse setting requiring long periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Regular lifting of miscellaneous items up to 35 pounds. Regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, and copiers is required as well as standard warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks. The warehouse is subject to ambient weather conditions with an air-conditioned office.
