Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SQL / Python Developer to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications and data-driven solutions. This role will focus on developing scalable Python applications, optimizing SQL workloads, and supporting cloud-based systems in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python development, multithreading and multiprocessing, SQL optimization, and cloud technologies, with experience building scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Python
• Build scalable and high-performance backend services and data processing solutions
• Develop multithreaded and multiprocessing Python applications for high-volume workloads
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects
• Work with large datasets and support data transformation, processing, and reporting needs
• Design efficient data models and optimize database performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business teams, and data engineers
• Support cloud-native development and deployment processes in AWS environments
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and best practice implementation
• Support CI/CD processes, testing, deployment, and documentation activities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development
• Strong expertise in Python development
• Proven experience building enterprise-grade applications
• Hands-on experience with Python multithreading and multiprocessing
• Strong SQL experience with advanced query optimization skills
• Experience with relational databases and data processing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with AWS cloud technologies
• Experience with enterprise-scale data platforms
• Experience with distributed systems or high-performance applications
• Experience with cloud-native architecture and modern development practices
