Phone Order Management: Professionally answer inbound, high-volume phone calls from retail grocery clients and capture precise, detailed order sheets.
High-Speed Data Entry: Accurately log incoming vendor receipts, inventory updates, and multi-line wholesale order sheets into our client's internal databases.
Order Processing Support: Verify SKU numbers, quantities, and delivery instructions immediately to ensure flawless warehouse fulfillment and minimize errors.
Filing & Documentation: Scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital delivery tickets, invoices, and bills of lading.
General Support: Assist logistics and sales management teams with basic administrative overflow and other tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Previous experience in data entry, customer service, order processing, or administrative support (experience in food wholesale or logistics is a plus).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
Technical Skills: High-speed, accurate data entry skills and proficiency with databases and basic office software.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to double-check work for accuracy under tight deadlines.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a highly active, fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities.
