How would you contribute?

This role is a contributing member of our Airlite - Dallas team, located in Dallas, TX (on-site). As an inspector packer he is responsible to prepare product for shipping.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receives daily work schedule and duties from leadership.
  • Inspects finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Uses hand tools to trim flash or assemble parts.
  • Selects appropriate stacking patterns, ensures proper alignment, and secures products on pallets.
  • Loads manufacturing machines with the necessary materials to produce products.
  • May be required to climb ladders to place products on trays/pallets or to cover the top of bundles with corrugated trays or polyethylene cover sheets.
  • Assembles components and ensures all parts are fitted correctly.
  • Reports potential problems to the Process Technician, Maintenance, Manager, or Supervisor as required.
  • Meets safety and housekeeping expectations.
  • Maintains standard production rates, minimizes waste, and meets all goals.
  • Weighs scrap from production and separates it into bins.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • One-month related experience preferred.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

  • Performs precise measurements and quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
