- Monday through Thursday 9am - 3pm
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- Outpatient occupational medicine clinic
- DOT examinations are primary focus
- Workers compensation and substance abuse testing
- Permanent provider resignation coverage
- Adult patients only with work-related injuries
- No urgent care or sickness cases
- We provide complimentary housing and travel
- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
