*Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen ** Baer is looking for SAP Basis Consultant for a 6 month Federal Remote Project. Title: SAP Basis Consultant Location: Remote (Must be based in US) Duration: 6+ months Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 Direct to Baer (C2C Not Permitted) Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with hands-on SAP Basis experience to support and manage complex SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP system administration, landscape management, upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization. Experience working in secure government or regulated environments. Responsibilities: * Administer, maintain, and support SAP landscapes and infrastructure. * Execute system builds, landscape setup, refreshes, retrofits, and repack activities. * Monitor system health, performance, and availability. * Support upgrades, patches, transports, and system migrations. * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure stable SAP operations. * Provide troubleshooting and resolution for SAP Basis-related issues. Requirements: * 10+ years of SAP BASIS of experience. * Strong background in SAP administration, monitoring, support, and performance tuning. * Hands-on experience with repack activities, retrofits, and new landscape setup. * Proven expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, patching, system refreshes, and migrations. * Experience supporting secure, government-regulated, or high-compliance SAP environments. * Knowledge of SAP NS2 private government cloud and/or on-premise hosted environments preferred. * Aerospace & Defense industry experience is highly desirable. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Must be a US Citizen Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
