**Cherry Picker/Reach Operator****Location: Farmers Branch, TX****Pay: $18-$19 (doe)****Shift: T-F, 8am-7pm**Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, including dry goods and frozen products, according to company standards.Load and unload trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and report discrepancies promptly.Safely operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.Work Schedule:Tuesday-Friday10-hour shiftsTypical hours: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PMCompetencies:Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to follow instructions and standard operating proceduresRequired Skills & Abilities:Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficientlyAbility to accurately pick and pack dry goods and frozen productsProficiency using warehouse management softwareStrong organizational skillsAbility to lift and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedlyKnowledge of basic warehouse safety proceduresEducation & Experience:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMinimum of 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferredForklift certification preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent lifting, bending, stooping, and reachingAbility to work in varying temperatures, including freezer areasAbility to safely operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 50 lbsWork EnvironmentWarehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and moving machineryOccasional overtime may be required to meet operational needsAdditional InformationPlease note this job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities required for this position.
