Driftwood Hospitality - - Responsibilities: Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware to provide equipment for cooks, bus persons and food servers; Wash all ware and replace in storage areas; Keep dish machine properly cleaned and filled with water per hotel standards; Clean floors to avoid slip/fall accidents; Assist other Kitchen Personnel when needed
