JOB SUMMARY
This role will be responsible for coordinating and matching donor tissue to surgeons based on clinical requirements and ensuring appropriate tissue allocation in accordance with established protocols and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing accurate tissue distribution, managing shipment logistics, and ensuring tissue is delivered within required timeframes to support optimal surgical outcomes and customer service excellence.
The position will initially be structured as a full-time (8-4) onsite role to support training, operational integration, and relationship development, with a planned transition to a hybrid/On-call work model based on operational needs and performance expectations.
