Skybridge Luxury Associates has partnered with a confidential client to conduct a search for an Executive Chef at one of Dallas's most elevated dining destinations. This role demands a chef who sets the standard and protects it, every service, without exception.

The Executive Chef will own the full culinary vision and daily execution of an ultra fine dining program. Menu development, sourcing relationships, kitchen culture, team performance, and cost discipline all belong to this person. This is a high-visibility leadership role at a property where the culinary program is the identity.

The ideal candidate brings:

• Proven tenure as Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a Michelin-recognized, Forbes Five-Star, or equivalent ultra-luxury fine dining environment
• A track record of original menu development and tasting menu execution
• Deep experience building and mentoring high-performing kitchen teams
• Financial fluency: food cost, labor, ordering, and P&L accountability
• A culinary point of view that shows up in the food

Interested candidates should possess:

• Minimum 8 years of progressive culinary leadership at the senior executive level
• Fine dining or chef-driven restaurant background at the highest tier
