Primary Purpose of the Position

The purpose of the work is to initiate and follow through on all clerical and related procedures essential to the provision of patient care for the unit/clinic. These include but are not limited to providing initial contact with all healthcare providers and patients on the facility, the recording and reporting of patient information, relaying of calls and information requiring immediate attention of the staff, monitoring and scheduling appointments.
