Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor for theft-related activity, policy violations, and/or disruptions, and assist with access control, crowd management, and incident response as needed; Support daily operations by communicating with store personnel, assisting with directional inquiries, and completing assigned reports related to patrols, incidents, and security-related events
