Job Details Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, delivering timely insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with evolving processes, and is eager to grow within a high-performing finance team. Responsibilities: Own recurring FP&A deliverables, including reporting models, forecasts, and variance analysis Support monthly close and forecast cycles, ensuring data accuracy and providing clear explanations of financial performance Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders Analyze financial statements and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Excel and Tableau Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather insights and improve reporting accuracy Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for senior leadership Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a related field Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key performance metrics Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis (Power Query, Power Pivot a plus) Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership Interested in hearing more?
