A publicly traded, Dallas-based organization is seeking a Tax Manager to join its corporate tax team. This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the tax provision process while gaining exposure across multiple areas of tax within a dynamic, evolving environment.

This pays 135K-140K+Bonus and offers a Hybrid work schedule

What You'll Do

• Lead quarterly and annual income tax provision (ASC 740)
• Maintain tax account reconciliations, accruals, and related journal entries
• Support federal, state, and local tax compliance (largely outsourced)
• Prepare tax disclosures and support public filings (10-K, 10-Q)
• Partner with internal finance and operational teams on tax-related matters
• Support tax audits, notices, and technical research initiatives
• Manage third-party providers and coordinate outsourced tax work
• Assist with tax planning, process improvements, and system efficiencies

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4–7+ years of tax experience, public accounting and/or industry
• Strong ASC 740 / income tax provision experience
• CPA preferred (or actively pursuing)
• Experience with corporate tax compliance and reporting processes
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to interact across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
