The Security Control Room Officers focus is to do all in their power to ensure that all people and all assets of the Dallas Museum of Art are kept safe and secured. The Security Control Room Officer uses closed-circuit television and a two-way radio system to observe and communicate activity inside the Museum and limited property surrounding the building. The Security Control Room Officer responds according to the DMA Standard of Operation (SOP) to all emergency situations; monitoring all building entrances, with special focus on staff and visitors, as well as contractor or vendor entrances in restricted areas. Frequent foot patrols are required, which include stairwells. Work Schedule:This position requires a flexible schedule, including availability for any of the three shifts (7:00 am 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm 11:00 pm, 11:00 pm 7:00 am).
