* Assist families with registration, check-in, and navigation during events.* Coordinate room setup, takedown and cleanup, including materials and equipment, to ensure a seamless participant experience.* Support the implementation of educational activities, such as art and cooking classes, ensuring participants are engaged and supported.* Aid in grocery carryout services during Brother Bill's sessions and assist in loading vehicles with food boxes during North Texas Food Bank distributions.* Provide hands-on support to students and families during technology-focused sessions, including iPad/Chromebook setup and troubleshooting.* Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.* Assist with the coordination of volunteer assignments.* Participate in marketing/community events.* High School Diploma or GED required.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.* Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.* Experience with basic technology troubleshooting and setup is a plus.* Commitment to community service and engagement.
