Executive Chef – Mediterranean Cuisine | Dallas, TX

A leading culinary restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef for its Dallas location. This is a confidential opportunity at a well-regarded full-service concept with a Mediterranean focus.

What You'll Do:

• Direct all BOH operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and cost control
• Develop and execute seasonal menus in partnership with divisional leadership
• Lead BOH hiring, training, and employee development
• Oversee recipe costing, recipe book maintenance, and purchasing standards
• Conduct quarterly BOH operational audits

What You'll Need:

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience, preferably with a Mediterranean or similar cuisine background
• Strong team leadership and staff development skills
• Proficiency in BOH systems and operational management
