About the job Litigation Attorney (Remote)Litigation Attorney (Remote - Texas License Required)A multi-state law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in Texas. While the position offers flexibility for remote work, candidates should be based in Texas preferably in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for in-person court appearances as needed.This role focuses on pre-litigation and litigation matters involving real estate, title, mortgages, foreclosure, and creditors rights.
