Prime Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and toileting; Help with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent skin breakdown, you may also feed patients who need assistance and monitor intake/output; Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), observe and report changes in a patient's condition to nurses, you may also help with wound care under the direction of an RN; Stock and maintain supplies in patient rooms, ensure the environment stays clean and safe; Assist in transporting patients within the hospital
