Vulcan Materials Company - - Responsibilities: Promote Safety. Take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards.; Operate Train and Related Equipment. Assist in operating the train on its assigned route.; Repair and Maintain Plant Equipment. Perform minor repairs and maintenance activities around the train to improve performance and safety, including replacing heavy coupling and replacing broken knuckles or air brake hoses.; Document and Record Information. Maintain and enter records of price, product, weight, and customer name into computers.; Perform General Physical Activities. Perform a variety of physical tasks.
