The successful candidate will be responsible for journal entries, preparing bank reconciliations, month end, and compiling financial reports Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries while keeping the general ledger accurate and up to date Review project expenses and make sure costs are properly capitalized Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and other departments to gather information and support project accounting Track and record capital activity, including capital calls, distributions, and transfers Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations Handle monthly sales and use tax reporting Assist with preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to project activity Help support the annual audit by preparing schedules and coordinating with external auditors Partner with the tax team to provide documentation and support for tax filings Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance 3 plus years accounting related experience Proficiency in Windows based software, including Microsoft Excel Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Detail oriented and organized in work Interested in hearing more?
