Jones Commercial Interiors is currently hiring for an Office Assistant in Dallas, Texas. We specialize in designing creative environments for people at work in tenant development and unique office designs for commercial construction.

Monday - Friday full-time position.

Office Assistant Qualifications:

JCI, a leader in commercial design, is currently looking for an ideal candidate to fill the Office Assistant position. The candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, professional setting.
• Exceptional multitasking capabilities with the flexibility to adapt quickly.
• A self-motivated and organized approach to completing tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
• A polished, professional demeanor and exceptional customer service skills.

Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the following:

• Answering the doors for clients as well as other guests.
• Proficient work in Microsoft Office apps (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Maintaining and stocking all office and kitchen supplies.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras for activity.
• Sorting incoming mail for Interior Designers and Leadership.
• Miscellaneous tasks and responsibilities. The workday will always be different and lively!
