Ross Stores - - Responsibilities: Leads all Store operations to ensure company standards and best practices are met; Recruits, hires, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates; Manages the operations of the Stockroom, Front End, and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow; Monitors and analyzes store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and performance; Ensures proper scheduling, payroll administration, and compliance with regulations
