Target - - Responsibilities: Lead a team of hourly team members and develop talent; Ensure guest experience commitments and maintain store operations; Plan daily/weekly workload to meet department and store sales goals; Review area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements; Maintain food safety, inventory management, and price accuracy across Food & Beverage areas
