Presents the knowledge and skills necessary to provide basic quality care and non-technical services for clients. Optimizes client safety and reduces the likelihood of medical/healthcare errors. Ensure clients needs are met and facility policies are followed.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee travels by automobile and is exposed to changing weather conditions. The employee may be required to transport clients in high traffic areas for meetings, appointments, etc.
The employee will be exposed to virus, disease, and infection from clients in working environment. The employee may experience traumatic situations involving psychiatric clients.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
