Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Conduct entry screening operations at a logistics and distribution location, including verifying identification and credentials, controlling access points, and directing visitors and/or drivers to the proper check-in process; Inspect and/or screen packages, personal items, and designated areas as required by site procedures, documenting findings and escalating prohibited or suspicious items through the chain of command; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarms, medical events, and policy violations while coordinating with onsite management and/or public responders; Monitor assigned areas using observation and available systems, complete detailed reports, and perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as directed by site requirements
