By engaging warmly with each individual, making eye contact, and smiling, the Specialist creates a welcoming atmosphere while collaborating effectively with team members. This role requires following company best practices, keeping work areas clean and organized, and ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed. The Specialist will assist in various tasks as business needs arise and may take on additional responsibilities to achieve customer service and operational goals.
