Title: Patient Access Representative

Location: Dallas, Texas

Position Type: 13-Week Contract

Start Date: February 25, 2026(Tentative)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40 hours/week guaranteed). No weekends or on-call.

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Role Overview:

This role is critical in facilitating patient access to care. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient registration, verifying insurance, and handling inbound patient communications via phone and electronic systems. The position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent customer service skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• 3+ years of customer service experience (required).
• Medical terminology knowledge and bilingual skills are highly preferred.
• Must provide required documentation including skills checklist and supervisory references.
