Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Technician to join our growing team. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to our users and maintaining the overall health of our user environment and end-user hardware.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on technical solutions
• Additional Duties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to be flexible with schedule as needed and adapt to change
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks/projects with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
• Experience with ticket system applications
• Android or other handheld device troubleshooting
• Microsoft Windows desktop support, configuration and troubleshooting
• Deploy and maintain MDM profiles and Apps. SOTI MobiControl experience preferred
• Migrate user data to new PC during upgrades or hardware replacement
• Use of Microsoft Office for technical documentation and process, policy, and procedure creation and maintenance

Education and Experience:

• Associates degree preferred in an IT related field, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in an IT technical support role

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
