+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor access points and screen individuals entering the location, verifying credentials and following established protocols.
+ Report and document any unusual activities, incidents, or security-related concerns in accordance with company and client requirements.
+ Collaborate with on-site staff and local authorities as necessary to address security-related matters.
+ Remain alert to potential risks and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel.
+ Participate in ongoing training to stay current with security-related procedures and protocols relevant to the tech, media, and telecom environment.
+ At least two years of security-related experience is required.
+ Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
