JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of SREs, drive technical initiatives, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our critical systems and infrastructure.

* Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Lead post-incident reviews and implement measures to prevent future occurrences.
* Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the SRE space."
"* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
* 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, or Java
* Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
* In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems administration
* Expertise in monitoring tools, log management, and observability platforms
* Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols
* Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong communication and leadership abilities"
"* Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
* Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer)
* Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures
* Knowledge of database administration and optimization

* Experience in the Retail Food Services industry, and more specifically, Quick Serve Restaurants".
