Prepare trial balance analyses for assigned entities.
Execute designated tasks as part of the monthly close process.
Prepare and maintain lease accounting in accordance with GAAP ASC 842 for operating and finance leases.
Perform and oversee reconciliations of intercompany balances.
Maintain and supervise fixed asset registers and related depreciation schedules.
Perform and supervise bank reconciliations.
Perform and oversee reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Analyze income statement accounts as assigned.
Provide guidance and training to Staff Accountants on control account reconciliations and financial analysis.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP; working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet business needs.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and train junior accounting staff.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4-6 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
Preferred experience in large construction, engineering/architectural design-build, data center build-out organizations, or in start-up and entrepreneurial environments.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position based at INTEGRA's Dallas corporate office. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, flexibility in work hours is available due to the company's global operations.
