Understand and execute departmental policies concerning production, inventory, quality, and training. Collaborating cross-departmentally, ensuring that workflow and resource allocation is efficient, orderly, and prioritized to schedule. Communicate within the group to ensure solid teamwork and a productive work environment. Must be certified in three grade 5 or higher Rollforming areas of operation or obtain certifications within a 6-month period. Must be certified on the 7.5 T or Dual Hoist Crane and stand-up forklift or be able to obtain certifications within a 6-month period.
