Pepsi Beverages North America Administrative Support

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by providing administrative support to the Mesquite location.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide a high level of customer service and support to both internal and external contacts in person and via email or telephone
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail for the location
  3. Serve as the first contact for all visitors coming to the facility and upholding all visitor policies and procedures
  4. Maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and office supplies, ordering and distribution
  5. Manage the Apple devices for the market as assigned
  6. Assist in conference room scheduling
  7. Assist with onboarding as assigned
  8. Provide additional administrative support for location and/or market as assigned.
  9. High level of confidentiality and professionalism is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,100 - $57,700.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Prior experience providing administrative support
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skill
