We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and support sales objectives. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present and promote products/services clearly and professionally
• Follow scripts and communication guidelines while adapting to customer responses
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and outcomes
• Meet daily/weekly performance goals and KPIs
• Handle customer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements

• Previous telemarketing, call-center, or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and remain confident and positive
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience is an advantage)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
