About the Position
Job Brief

We are seeking an Administrative / Distribution Clerk who supports daily shipping, receiving, and logistics operations while providing clerical and coordination support. This role serves as a key point of contact for drivers, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient material flow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving operations, including documentation, scheduling, and recordkeeping
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on-site drivers, ensuring proper check-in, communication, and direction
• Coordinate with co-pack facilities and external partners as needed to support distribution and logistics activities
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping paperwork, delivery records, and related administrative documents
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, phone/email communication, and general office support
• Assist with inventory tracking and reporting as required
• Support operations staff to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• Proficiency in English; bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, preferred strong experience in ERP software and Microsoft Suite
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or administrative support preferred.
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor when interacting with drivers and partners.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with office environments and data entry processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
