Job Opportunity: Senior Assets Operations Technician

The Senior Assets Operations Technician works under general supervision for maintenance of complex inventory system. Processes data for maintenance of equipment space and key inventories. The Senior Assets Operations Technician will mainly be working with Microsoft Excel applications and spreadsheets. Other responsibilities will include tagging and picking up assets.

Asset management along with intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience is preferred.

Experience and Education:

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: 3 years inventory/asset experience
• Licenses and Certifications:
• (DRIVERS) DRIVERS LICENSE: possession/maintenance of acceptable UT System driver rating

Job Duties:

• Conduct Asset Inventory.
• Locate / Relocate all equipment in all assigned areas including Surplus Warehouse.
• Trains team members with knowledge of function and use of all equipment.
• Attach proper identification on equipment.
• Display Equipment in Surplus Warehouse.
• Research and accurately resolve Asset and Property questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
