The YMCA Childcare Branch (Afterschool/Day Camp) is seeking a bilingual, service-oriented, smile-can-be-heard candidate to join a dynamic, caring, and diverse Team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, the Team Member will provide front-line support to customers by responding to inquiries, managing customer complaints, and conducting account management in a timely and appropriate manner. To do well in this role, the Team Member should demonstrate emotional maturity, have experience with computers, and have reliable transportation with an ability to maintain a fixed schedule.
