The FlightLine/Customer Service Representative plays a critical role for Business JetCenter in providing effective customer service for clients both at the front desk and on the ramp. FLA/Customer Services Reps work to uphold Business Jets high standards of serviceability in all aspects.
This position is cross-trained between ramp, operator, and front desk customer service.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to various weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to very loud noise levels in and around their work environment. The physical demands regularly required are to sit for extended periods of time, squat, crawl, climb along with the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Daily interaction with clients where tact and decorum are mandatory while maintaining a team effort in customer service.
