Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in software development with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/technical lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks: React.js / Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
• Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and performance tuning.
• Ability to conduct architecture reviews and suggest improvements.
