Title: Switchgear Assembler
Location: Dallas, TX
Hire Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay: $18 per hour

We are seeking a Low Voltage Switchgear Assembler to join our growing production team. In this role, you will assemble and fit metal parts and components used in power distribution switchgear cabinets. You'll use various hand and power tools to ensure high-quality assembly that meets all engineering and safety standards.
Job Duties:
- Review and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to complete assigned assemblies.
- Assemble and install mechanical components for low-voltage switchgear cabinets.
- Use hand and power tools (such as drills, impacts, grinders, and screwdrivers) to perform tasks.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet specifications and safety standards.
- Report and document any defects or issues found during assembly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Monitor inventory levels for tools and materials at the workstation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or GED required.
- 0-2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
- Familiarity with tools such as tape measures and drills.
