Hallmark Aviation seeks a dedicated Airline Customer Service Representative to join our team at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The role focuses on delivering outstanding service to international carriers while engaging with high-profile passengers.

Responsibilities

• Learn the behind-the-scene workings of a major international airport.
• Rotate through the check?in counter, lobby, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas.
• Navigate various challenges and flight activities to support on?time performance.
• Interact professionally with high?profile passengers.
• Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• English proficiency; other languages a plus.
• Computer savvy; ability to multi?task in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem?solving skills.
