Job Title

Whitmore Manufacturing, a CSW Industrials affiliated business, is a global provider of innovative products and services that increase the reliability, performance, and lifespan of industrial assets. We manufacture high performance lubricants, friction modifiers, application equipment, lubrication management systems, desiccant breathers and cleaners designed to meet the specific needs of each industry and application.

Responsibilities:

• Label, fill, weigh, repackage, and prepare product containers for shipment.
• Manage inventory control for orders during the filling process and deliver palletized finished goods to the warehouse.
• Assist Compounders and other production staff with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular housekeeping.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
• Investigate and report any incidents, including injuries, near misses, spills, property damage, fires, etc.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fundamental computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) necessary.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently stand, bend, lift, and carry while performing job duties.
• Preferred: Experience in Spill Control.
• Must have a record of good performance and attendance.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
