We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual for the position of Entry Level Project Coordinator. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in project management. As an Entry Level Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting project managers in executing projects from inception to completion.

Pay Range: $900- $1200 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers in planning and execution of projects
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders about project developments
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans and reports
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues
• Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
